Alice M. Lewandowski, 90 of Everson passed away, Sunday, September 02, 2018 at Jo Ella’s Personal Care Home, Mt. Pleasant. She was born May 4, 1928 in Mt. Pleasant a daughter of the late James and Mary (Pospisil) Beran.
Alice was a homemaker and years ago was employed as a cook for Ninnie’s & Falvo’s of Scottdale. She was a member of the Partner Parish of St. Joseph RC Church, Everson and was an avid reader. Alice was also active as a Den mother for Cub Scout Pack #160 of Everson.
She is survived by her loving children, Tim Lewandowski; Diane Lewandowski and Ray Shandorf and Carole Lemley; grandchildren, Jeffrey Lemley, Lacey Trenk and husband Chris and Dean Lewandowski and wife Nikki; three great-grandchildren, Holden and Landon Trenk and Nash Lewandowski who was born on Alice’s 90th birthday this year; also several nieces and nephews and a special cousin, Dr. Joseph Dreliszak.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent P. Lewandowski, her son David Lewandowski and a brother, Amos J. Beran.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale. Alice’s funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 am in Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant. (Everyone please go directly to the church.)
