Danette M. Braunstein

Danette M. “Dani” Braunstein, 65 of East Liverpool, OH, passed away, Friday, March 7, 2025. She was born June 1, 1959 in Connellsville State General Hospital a daughter of the late John C. “Cliff” Tarr and Margaret L. (Porter) Tarr of Boardman, Ohio.

Dani worked as a nurse at Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant for 18 years prior to moving to Ohio. She also earned her BSN from Carlow University. During her employment she held the position of Nursing Supervisor at Salem Regional Medical Center and UPMC Heritage Valley and Director of Nursing at Ron Joy Care Home. In her spare time, Dani enjoyed cooking, quilting, knitting and crocheting. She also made greeting cards, jewelry and crafts.

In addition to her mother, Margaret Tarr, she is survived by her husband, Russell A. Braunstein whom she married May 3, 1999; her daughter, Maggie Delligatti and three grandchildren, Jace Alalamua, Eli and Jacob Delligatti.

There will be no public visitation or services. Private burial will take place in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Connellsville.
