Marcy David

November 25, 1965 — January 6, 2022


Marcy A. David, 56 of Connellsville passed away, Thursday, January 6, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born November 25, 1965 in Mt. Pleasant a daughter of the late Harold Glenn David and Betty Jane (Roadman) Schwartz.


Marcy was a free spirit, who shared her love of the Lord with every friend she met. She had a deep love of music, which she believed to be very healing to one’s spirit. Marcy was a talented and creative individual, designing greeting cards, commissioned art pieces, and forever will be remembered for her numerous   ingenious cardboard creations. She relished long drives in her convertible, sunshine on her face, wind in her hair whilst listening to her latest playlist. Marcy also enjoyed riding her motorcycle with her companion, Dale. Her biggest accomplishment in life was her children whom she loved unconditionally.


She is survived by her loving sons, Daniel Coffman and wife Stacey and Jonathan Coffman; her caregiver and companion, Dale Budd; a step-grandson, Tyler; her siblings, Dawn A. Bibby and husband Robert, Glenn A. Schwartz and wife Dana, Barry A. Schwartz, Jennifer L. Schwartz-Flack and Judith Morris and husband Denny and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Kenneth Loucks Schwartz on January 11, 1990 and her companion, Harry W. Coffman on December 28, 2008, and her niece Heather Corinn Schwartz, October 28, 2009.

A private gathering will be held for the immediate family under the care of GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Scottdale.  Interment will take place in the Alverton Cemetery.  Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations  be made to the funeral home  to offset funeral expenses.
