Mary Elizabeth Kropp

Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Kropp, 77 of Alverton passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024 in Independence Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant. She was born July 2, 1947 in Scottdale a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Brown) Leonard.

Liz enjoyed vacations to Rehoboth Beach, Oglebay, shopping trips and a cup of coffee on the porch with her pet buddy, Pax. Family and faith were at the center of her life. She attended Living Evidence Church and treasured time spent with her family. 

She is survived by her three children, her daughter, Renee Snyder and her husband, Todd; her son, Roger A. Kropp, II and his wife Lori (Kring); her daughter, Andrea “Andi” Roberts and her husband, Daniel; her grandchildren, Alicia Knopp, Katlyn McLean, Zach McLean (Ally), Sydney Collins (Mike), Abigail and Emily Kropp and Declan Roberts; her great-grandchildren, Zeplin, Kendall, Von, Beau, Roman, Teegan, Esme and Killian, her sister, Kathy Prinkey and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger A. Kropp on June 22, 2019 and several siblings.

Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm at GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale where services will be held Thursday at 11 am with Rev. Steve Bane officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to DavidJeremiah.org, intouch.org or foodforthepoor.org.
