Patricia King

Patricia A. King, 78 of Owensdale, Upper Tyrone Township, passed away, Friday, November 09, 2018 at her home.  She was born January 12, 1940 in Everson a daughter of the late Anna Owad.

Patricia was a homemaker and enjoyed baking, cooking, planting, gardening and loved nature.  She also made jewelry and cherished her pet cats throughout her lifetime.  She was also a member of the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist RC Church, Scottdale.

She is survived by her children, Robert William King, Stephen King and Maryann, Lisa Crawford and husband Robert, Jessica King Martin and Max King and wife Heidi; her grandchildren, Zachary, Kimberly, Patrick, Victoria, Jason and Paige King.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Robert Wayne King (2009); her daughter, Vida Christina King (1985) and a grandson.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday from 4 to 8 pm at GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale where Prayers of Transfer will be said on Tuesday at 10:30 am followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 am in the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist RC Church, Scottdale with her pastor, the Rev. Andrew M. Kawecki as celebrant.  Interment will follow in the Scottdale Cemetery.  A parish wake service will be held on Monday at 7:45 pm in the funeral home.  The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Amedisys Hospice for the care they provided to Patricia.
