Richard Dick "Fuzz" Leasher, 70, of Scottdale, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, peacefully at his home with his beloved dog, Maizie, by his side.
He was born March 2, 1945, in Scottdale, a son of the late Harry and Alice Leasher. Dick graduated from Southmoreland High School and attended barber school. He worked in retail management for most of his life, owned an auto body shop in Ruffsdale and was a barber.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry and Jim Leasher. He is survived by his ex-wife, Brenda Nelson and her husband, Dal; two stepdaughters, Tracy (Converso) McNelly and her husband, Bob, and son, Justin; Cathy (Converso) Zimmerman and her husband, Dave, and sons, Connor and Riley; a sister, Patty (Leasher) Hawk; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Dick's wishes, there will be no viewing or service. Arrangements are in the care of GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 303 Pittsburgh St., Scottdale.
