William Davis

William Richard “Rich” Davis, 76, of South Huntingdon Township, passed away October 20, 2021.  Rich was born November 15, 1944 in Mt. Pleasant a son of the late William and Sarah (Layman) Davis.

Rich was a self-employed truck driver for over 40 years.  He enjoyed his occupation so much that he always said he never worked a day in his life!

He is survived by his devoted wife, Joyce, his children, William “Rick” Davis, Jr. (Coleen), Randy Davis (Jan), Roger Davis (Pam), Andrea Davis, Greg Davis, Glenn Davis and Heidi Davis Chappell (Bob), his grandchildren, Rachel, Jeremy (Caryn), Nathaniel, Hope, Faith, Zachary, Nicole, Ashley, Heavenlea, Denny Jr., Charlette, Jarod, Rob and David; his extended family, Denise & Jeff Lancaster and son, Brandon and Tammy & Bill Crosby and daughter, Alexa.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on Monday, October 25 from 4 to 6 pm at GRAFT-JACQUILLARD FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 303 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, where Rich’s memorial service will be held at 6 pm with Pastor John Manon officiating.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the family.  Online condolences are welcome at www.gjfuneral.com
